Requirements
- Experience with direct client interaction in a sales capacity
- Shipping or Mailing Domain with a foundational understanding of carrier solutions
- Strong understanding and prior experience selling SaaS solutions (eCommerce / Warehouse Shipping / Mailing Solutions / Office Shipping preferred)
- A proven background of client retention
- Successfully closed business over the phone or in virtual meetings
- Excellent written and verbal (phone) communication
- A high level of initiating outbound sales calls
- A strong working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Responsibilities
- Work directly with an assigned team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Generate, upgrade, and manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business or multilocation accounts through outbound calling
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to generate quotes, support closing transactions, and process order information to retain core revenue
- Present and close sales virtually or over the phone with existing clients
- Manage the follow-up activities for inbound leads along with securing appointments for Enterprise Account Executives and Product Specialists
- Overcome plausible objections by positioning program benefits, features, and the company’s value proposition
- Successfully navigate the complexities and regulations of lease, rental, and renewal contracts/ agreements
- Effectively plan and document sales activities, document customer information, execute campaigns, develop pipeline, and execute forecasting activities utilizing Salesforce
- Complete other duties as assigned
