Requirements
- 3+ years sales experience in managing renewal cycles and navigating sales processes
- Salesforce or similar CRM user
- Experience in the Software sector preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to act as a main point of contact for customers
- Ability to leverage the right resources and engage management and other teams
- Strong bias for action and results-driven
- Ability to ask the right questions and enjoy solving complex problems
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Able to follow a cadence and execute against a plan whilst managing multiple accounts
- Ability to easily understand new products and technology
Responsibilities
- Manage an existing account base and close renewal contracts
- Pro-active regular customer check-ins to ensure they are happy and being successful
- Act as the reliable single-point-of-contact for your customers
- Prospect and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your assigned accounts
- Leverage and follow existing Eggplant sales processes to ensure the successful closing of opportunities
- Constantly hit and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas
- Keep detailed records of activities and ensure data cleanliness in Salesforce
- High levels of professionalism and business and technical acumen
