Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role (Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, FP&A, Business Intelligence, or similar)
  • Strong quantitative skills – comfortable working with large datasets, analyzing financial models, and distilling key insights
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Bonus: SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker, or other BI tools)
  • Exceptional attention to detail – you ensure numbers are correct and insights are reliable
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity – you thrive in fast-paced environments and proactively identify ways to add value
  • Strong business acumen – you understand financial statements, key SaaS metrics, and strategic planning fundamentals

Responsibilities

  • Develop executive dashboards, reports, and presentations to track strategic initiatives, KPIs, and financial performance
  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, BI tools) to provide meaningful insights to leadership
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making across departments
  • Assess company-wide performance against strategic priorities and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support leadership in roadmap planning and prioritization through data-driven insights
  • Prepare high-impact executive reports and board-level presentations
  • Translate complex data into concise, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes
  • Provide insights on operational efficiency and cost optimization.
