- Familiarity with NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center

Responsibilities
- Investigating auto accidents by reviewing coverage, determining liability, and assessing damages
- Engaging with customers and attorneys via phone, email, and text to deliver excellent service
- Utilizing modern tools and resources to negotiate fair settlements effectively
- Evaluating and negotiating claim settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants
- Conducting detailed damage reviews and interpreting policies to determine coverage
- Maintaining clear, accurate records in the claims system
Preferred Qualifications
- Active appraiser license or active adjuster license in TX, FL, or resident state
