Requirements
- 2-4+ years of relevant working experience, with some specialization in Health Care Payers (including Medicare and Medicaid), Providers, Systems, and Services
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Fluency in English
- US citizenship required
Responsibilities
- Provide secondary research in support of proposals, client cases, and business or IP development initiatives
- Manage various research requests with a high-level accuracy and organization
- Understand request objectives and suggest appropriate research approaches
- Engage in thought partnership with internal clients to deliver accurate and timely data
- Coach Research Associates and outsourcing partners
- Collect, summarize, and synthesize relevant data into effective output
- Develop tools, resources, and trainings within specific topics
- Identify practical and innovative research approaches
