- Experience in Outside Sales
- Experience in One-Call-Close
- Experience in a residential In-Home environment
- Preferred experience in Skilled Trades business model (HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, Security, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers
- Drive to sales locations and meet with current and potential customers in their homes
- Evaluate and present options to customers
- Commit to relationship selling and earning repeat business
- Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and excellent customer service
