Requirements

  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guests.
  • Answer, route calls, and takes messages to the appropriate departments.
  • Completes daily reports and records as required.
  • Supply information to callers and record messages.
  • Call back all guests who called to assure completion of the request.
  • Maintain required record/logbook relating to the housekeeping functions, outside contracted services, or others as required.
  • Be a liaison with front desk daily for services and the VIP lists.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in call center environment or similar preferred
