Responsable Amélioration Continue et Gestion de Projets / Continuous Improvement and Project Manager

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, operations management, logistics, data science, business intelligence and/or supply chain
5 years of experience in a relevant field with tangible deliverables
Strong analytical skills with a systematic approach to problem solving
Sense of initiative and decision-making
Ability to work under pressure
Flexible to change priorities according to customer needs
Ability to work effectively with different departments
Demonstrates strong leadership and customer orientation
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and Power BI software
Knowledge of SAP/ERP software (Asset)
Knowledge of the Python programming language (Asset)
Certification in continuous improvement such as Green Belt (Asset)

Monitor the progress and recognition of individuals and organizations within the CORE program
Lead, coordinate and support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
Collect needs and technical data
Conduct impact and profitability analyses
Write project charters and identify improvement opportunities
Define the parameters to be studied, collect and measure them
Set up KPIs and relevant data
Prepare, execute and verbalize complex analysis files
Participate in defining deliverables for each project (schedule, risk, communication, etc.) in collaboration with stakeholders
Coordinate the definition of IT development requirements
Implement action plans and coordinate the tasks of internal and external contributors
Assume the execution of certain tasks in the action plan as an individual contributor
Contribute to cost optimization and waste reduction, to achieve objectives within the defined time and budget conditions
Lead the various project committees and produce action plans and associated reports
Develop, maintain and communicate project progress measures
