Requirements

Responsibilities
- Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the brand and ‘The Irving’ customer experience standards
- Greet customers, including answering phones, provide clients with the highest level of customer service that is uniquely Irving demonstrated through a courteous demeanor, and outstand service
- Scan products, receive and process all payment transactions according to standard procedures and helping customers use processing equipment
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints in line with policies and procedures
- Keep track of all cash/ credit transactions, count cash intake and perform audits (daily, weekly, and monthly) ensuring cash/ credit intake equals receipts
- Assist in keeping the maintenance of the store and stocking shelves as needed
