Responsibilities
- Processes Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- Verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering several types of membership products
- Scanning merchandise and accepting various forms of payments
- Provides excellent member service efficiently and productively
- Maintains the overall cleanliness of the front-line department
- Responsible for Executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling My BJs Perks
- Responsible for merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer services inquiries
- Provides excellent and efficient member service
- Responsible for providing members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
- Replenishing and stocking merchandise
- Keeping the sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized
- Performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list
- Physical breakdown of merchandise, building and shrink-wrapping packages
- Moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area
- Using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations
- Operating equipment
- Slices, packages, weighs, and sells various deli products
- Maintains the presentation and cleanliness of the deli
