Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, structuring and negotiating complex agreements, including interpreting legal documents and work with attorneys to complete agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CMX strategy development and deployment.
  • Own the CMX strategy framework and development.
  • Lead the execution of the monetization strategy through strategic partnerships with businesses, developers, tech platforms, data aggregators, advertising platforms, and leading media publishers.
  • Ongoing development of our Pharma/Rx initiative to enable our partners to invest and measure their investment across the CMX platform.
  • Align strategy to deal flow by identifying potential strategic partners, design creative commercial constructs, lead complex negotiations, and identify win-win scenarios/solutions and bring these partners to the execution stage.
  • Work closely and collaborate with product, partnerships, marketing, PR, legal and finance to build business cases that support the strategic plan.
  • C-level and senior management exposure with partners is common.
  • Ultimately this strategy will improve the long-term, overall value proposition for CVS Health’s Monetization ecosystem by driving growth and value that we can leverage to monetize with our supplier and media partners.
  • Supporting CVS Health in attracting, retaining, and engaging a diverse and inclusive consumer-centric workforce that delivers on our purpose and reflects the communities in which we work, live, and serve.
