Requirements
- PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
- Pharmacist licensure in the state of Florida within 90 days of hire date.
Responsibilities
- Engage in various rotations, gaining exposure to different aspects of retail pharmacy practice.
- Undergo training in both clinical and operational aspects of pharmacy management.
- Deliver patient-centered care and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Communicate effectively with patients and optimize medication therapy outcomes.
- Undertake quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient care, operational efficiency, or community outreach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in community pharmacy practice with interest in organizational leadership
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Professionalism and maturity
- Ability to travel to clinical sites, training programs, and professional meetings
- CVS Health internship or rotation experience
