Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years of leadership experience, including coaching and training
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Motivation to meet and exceed performance goals
Responsibilities
- Leading your team to achieve store goals in repair volume, sales, speed, and profit.
- Coaching and motivating your team to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by solving problems and empowering your team to do the same.
- Maintaining store operations, including inventory management, a clean store environment, and adhering to Asurion’s values.
- Inspire, develop, and coach team members to achieve their full potential. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Guide your team in delivering excellent service, solving problems, and offering tailored tech solutions.
- Lead by example to address customer issues and help your team work through challenges.
- Oversee repair quality, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean, welcoming space for customers and employees.
- Support all roles in the store, from device repair to customer service.
