Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Indirect sales experience.
- Willingness to travel approximately up to 75%.
- Willingness to work weekends (every other Saturday) including nights.
- A valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Driving sales and business growth for our Indirect Partners in your respective territory.
- Producing and presenting creative, compelling proposals, presentations, and business reviews, that tell unique, customer-centric stories that express Verizon Value’s key initiatives and expectations from a results perspective.
- Ensuring expectations are being met, giving clear direction, and holding Indirect partners accountable and responsible for driving revenue and increasing results.
- Assessing performance of the dealers in your territory and develop a tailored plan on a monthly basis to improve productivity to help them meet their targets.
- Measuring and monitoring KPIs for your respective Indirect Partners, developing and executing plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitoring and evaluating overall channel sales performance for continuous improvement, analyzing market factors.
- Creating and implementing action plans as needed.
- Establishing and growing positive partnerships with existing Indirect Partners.
- In the field up to 5 days a week visiting indirect locations in person. (Weekends included)
- Ensuring great customer experiences and addressing customer complaints or disputes quickly.
- Conducting and attending internal meetings, and disciplined organizing and planning for weekly visits.
- Presenting in various capacities to Indirect senior leadership.
- Partnering with local marketing teams to provide a unique customer and market experience in your responsible territories.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree.
- Sales, marketing, training, or customer service experience (ideally, with third-party sellers or retailers).
- Experience in the prepaid wireless industry.
- Experience managing competing priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Account management experience.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess performance.
- Ability to drive sales and productivity.
- A demonstrated drive for results.
- Financial acumen and the ability to interpret/analyze sales results.
