Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or greater preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management and/or multi-family real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and pricing opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze property performance metrics, including occupancy, rental rates, and revenue.
- Collaborate with property management teams to implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize revenue management software and tools to forecast demand and adjust pricing accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance and market conditions to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the multi-family real estate market.
