Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, data analyst or similar role
- Must be local to LA County and expected to work from our Playa Vista, CA office every Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday
- Experience in working with affiliate marketing platforms (HasOffers/Tune, EverFlow, ImpactRadius, PartnerStack etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with BI tools such as GA, Looker, Tableau, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, ability to follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and data accuracy
- Agile – ability to pivot to different priorities when necessary and manage/prioritize and juggle multiple different projects at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex ideas succinctly and clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of dynamic array formulas & structured references, ability to manage multi-user workbooks, and proficient at synthesizing multiple, disparate datasets into single views; bonus points for demonstrated proficiency in PowerQuery and managing external connections
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage monetization of categories, clients, and offers by working closely with the sales and business development teams as well as partnership and media teams to ensure alignment and coordination
- Curate, analyze, and optimize traffic sources, present data insights as actionable recommendations to help sales and other teams maximize their impact and guide strategic decision-making
- Provide campaign projections & quotes for Business Development as needed for new client opportunities, assessing volume and conversion rates against client goals
- Manage and optimize client monthly budgets, ensuring consistent pacing, alignment of client conversion goals and traffic sources, and identify opportunities for in-month upsells
- Identify and assess areas for overall program & specific category growth, providing actionable feedback to sales and leadership on revenue results, growth opportunities, and potential for expanded partnerships
- Work with development and data teams to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and access to meaningful reporting and dashboards, taking responsibility for stakeholder data literacy and ‘single version of truth’
- Provide leadership with meaningful weekly and monthly updates about trends, changes, challenges and opportunities via owning and publishing reports (i.e. month over month spend change by client, accurate forecasting, results of tests and optimizations that were implemented)
- Oversee and manage affiliate platforms & tools including HasOffers/Tune, EverFlow, ImpactRadius, PartnerStack, Commission Junction etc.
- Support ad ops with identifying and troubleshooting technical issues related to ad serving, tracking discrepancies, and campaign performance, collaborating with internal teams and external partners/vendors as needed
- O&O page management/site optimization maximizing monetization while maintaining high relevancy of content
- Strategic oversight & curation of passive affiliate links to ensure incremental revenue growth
- Manage implementation of onsite sponsorships and ad placements using Google Ads Manager, and report on impact of changes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Ads Manager and WordPress are a plus
