Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the 3D/2D mechanical design development of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection project scope
- Minimum of 4 years experience with REVIT design modeling software (Mechanical)
- Experience working and coordinating within a multi-discipline design project
- Experience in mentoring young professionals
- Knowledge of project delivery, including the activities, interfaces, and interdependence of all project disciplines
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to engage and coordinate the design with client representatives
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong deliverable focus with a proven ability to attain quality and schedule objectives while maintaining budgets
- Experience with greenfield and brownfield interfaces, including constructability experience
Responsibilities

- Designs proficiently in 3D and 2D design environments
- Works and communicates positively within a multidisciplinary team of design leads
- Ensures mechanical design activities align with the overall project mission and user requirements
- Ensures successful delivery of major milestone reviews for all assigned design packages
