Requirements
- Experience writing RFP’s, pitch decks and proposals
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for a variety of audiences
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized and prioritize deadlines
- Strong interest in wireless technologies
- Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant experience required
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Development, Sales and Account Management to craft a strategic approach for each project
- Work cross functionally with various departments to gather information for RFPs/proposals
- Write compelling copy in the Boingo brand voice
- Ensure all details of proposals and RFPs are accurate and complete
- Manage delivery logistics and vendors for RFPs and proposals
- Track and deliver reporting on RFP and proposal key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct competitor research as needed for specific RFP responses
- Submit requests for and analyze FOIAs received
Preferred Qualifications
- AMPM Certification preferred
- Loopio experience a plus
