Requirements
- College degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 4 years work experience including, credit/underwriting, regulatory/compliance, and risk management
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and related department processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Intermediate PC skills to include a good working knowledge of Microsoft Project
Responsibilities
- Conduct credit, operational and compliance targeted reviews of increasing complexity on a regular basis
- Review documentation, perform testing, and provide feedback on performance measurements
- Assess levels of adherence to credit policies, procedures and processes, and identify control improvements in areas with medium to high complexity
- Perform testing to support resolution of Regulatory/Audit issues
- Create and maintain databases and management reports for interpreting data, and identifying trends
- Provide feedback to leadership and teammates on continuous improvement opportunities
- Participate in department projects or other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree with 8 years of work experience in the areas of credit, operational or compliance, preferably in a centralized lending environment
- Project management experience
- Advanced quantitative analysis skills and advanced research abilities
