Risk Global Sales and Trading Business Manager & Risk Reporting Lead – Director

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in a technology, business management or finance
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in a risk reporting or risk management role; Prior experience in market or counterparty credit risk reporting preferred
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data
• Experience with designing and building out data control frameworks
• Prior experience managing project or change management initiatives
• 5-10 years prior experience working in a global financial institution
• Detailed technical knowledge of RDBMS (SQL Server or Oracle) and database design methodologies, and other data/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a complex environment with changing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and develop/mentor talent

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams with a total FTE count of 30 – multitasking on a risk-based approach
• Ownership of risk architecture and change budget working with all relevant stakeholders to ensure prioritization and accountable delivery
• Manage counterparty and market risk reporting requirements at a cost-effective way
• Drive location strategy by building out off-shore platform for ICRO
• Liaise closely with Risk Managers to support and enhance processes
• Participate in audit and regulatory engagements
• Work with Risk stripe lead, Technology and Data Officers to build and support sustainable control assessment model
• Own and enhance policy and procedures relating ICRO
• Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
