Requirements
- Extensive experience in risk and control self-assessments (RCSA)
- Technical expertise in risk management
- Collaboration and communication skills
- University/college degree
- 8+ years of industry experience
- 5+ years of prior management experience
Responsibilities
- Identify financial, operational, and reputational risks to the organization
- Analyze and evaluate the likelihood and potential impact of those risks
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce or eliminate identified risks
- Establish and maintain effective risk management policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management programs, including quality assurance testing, procedures and controls
- Participate in projects and initiatives to determine impacts to the risk framework and create mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Prepare and present risk reports to management and stakeholders
- Communicate risk information and recommendations to relevant parties
- Conduct investigations into matters, issues, incidents and near misses and implementing action plans
- Develop and deliver risk management training programs
