Requirements

• Current California RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor resident responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and provide emotional support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
