Requirements
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in providing high-quality patient care
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in supervising and mentoring LVNs and CNAs
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and facility policies
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Supervise and mentor LVNs and CNAs to ensure excellent resident outcomes
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs
