- Active Kentucky License
- BLS within 90 days
Responsibilities
- Performs assessment/reassessment
- Develops plan of care utilizing appropriate evidence based standards of care
- Provides care consistent with policies, procedures, current evidence based professional standards of practice and Baptist Health Louisville’s nursing mission, vision, values and model of care
- Evaluates patient response to treatment
- Applies critical thinking, clinical reasoning, organizational and leadership skills.
