Requirements
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Providers (Required, will provide)
- ACLS certification (Obtained within 12 months of hire)
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification (Obtained within 10 weeks of hire)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge
- Function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers
