Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance; must UPGRADE and MAINTAIN a Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) and Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- SIX (6) or more years of experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience in integrating RPA solutions with other systems such as databases, ERP, or CRM platforms.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for maintaining and optimizing automated workflows.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and evaluating business processes that can be automated
- Ensuring that automation aligns with organizational goals
- Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document workflows for automation
- Collaborating with technical teams to oversee the implementation and ensure the automated processes function efficiently and meet performance objectives.

- Masters degree
- Strong understanding of business process and workflow automation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
