Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in inventory control, logistics, or materials handling preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure accurate record-keeping for shipping, receiving, and stockroom documents.
- Verify the aging of materials in receiving and shipping locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure all materials are stocked promptly and correctly to support production demands.
- Lead daily operations in accordance with inventory control procedures.
- Identify and eliminate errors impacting quality, budget, and efficiency.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Work closely with departmental supervisors, engineering, quality, program management, and other functions to resolve issues.
- Provide feedback to the Inventory Control and Quality teams to improve scheduling, documentation, and workflows.
- Assist in addressing performance issues and recognizing team strengths.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and visual aids are in proper working order and up to date.
- Follow all safety, health, and company security policies and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in processing time and department performance.
