Requirements
- You have a 4-year college degree.
- You have 2+ years of experience in Ad operations, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Advertising, or Sales Operations.
- You have experience with Salesforce, Tableau, GSuite, and Slack.
- You have the ability and aptitude for learning new concepts, programs, and technical tools on the job.
- You are extremely organized, have exceptional attention to detail, and can balance multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. You consistently meet deadlines and thoroughly follow process.
- You are analytical and familiar with advertising goals and KPIs. You are motivated by data-driven problem solving and have excellent Excel / data analysis skills.
- You excel at communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- You are self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity. Rapid change and learning is exciting to you, and you thrive in ambiguous, startup environments.
- You have a passion for data, operations, and customer service, and are ready for a new challenge.
Responsibilities
- Manage, execute, and improve processes that accelerate growth of our ads and promotions offering and drive efficiency of our sales team.
- Execute campaign contracts, setup, and billing while also analyzing reporting to drive campaign performance.
- Work hand in hand with the Account Executive and clients to ensure seamless launch of all marketing campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with account management, legal, revenue and accounting, and partner management teams to improve our tools and processes.
