Requirements

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Experience with TMT and 4+ years of administrative support experience for senior leadership (e.g. general/flag officer or senior executive level) required.
  • The specific skills, knowledge, and comprehension to perform all task functions quickly and accurately without supervision or assistance.
  • Secret security clearance required. TS/SCI preferred.
  • Willingness to be submitted for a TS/SCI clearance if not currently held.

Responsibilities

  • Completing admin duties to include preparing and reviewing internal/external documents and managing assigned taskings using the Task Management Tool (TMT) on the NIPRnet and SIPRnet coordinating with action officers to ensure they are aware of assigned tasks and due dates.
  • Managing calendar and engagements for the S4/6 Directorate leadership. Assist in coordinating, planning, scheduling, organizing, and execution of meetings, events, conferences, and off-sites. Prepare access rosters and request security clearance transfers.
  • Create, draft, proofread, edit, and coordinate correspondence, visual products, and graphics to include posters, flyers, diagrams, charts, and infographics and ensure accurate proofreading and formatting.
  • Maintain, update and serve as focal point for database, spreadsheets, or SharePoint lists. Maintain tracking records and filing systems, archive files.
  • Assisting in the handling and processing of awards, decorations, and evaluations.
  • Composing written communication in response to a large volume of complex internal and external customer inquiries.
  • Serving as member of in/out processing team. Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared on behalf of the inbound/outbound personnel to allow proper processing.
  • Other general administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, answering/directing routine telephone calls, and engaging with internal and external personnel to the organization. Help with ordering supplies or equipment and arranging for office equipment repairs and in maintaining inventories, records, and receipts. Coordinating meeting rooms, teleconferences and supporting travel arrangements and vouchers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS or MA/MS desired.
