Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in technically relevant field.
- PMI PMP, PMI-ACP, DevOps Certified Agile Service Manager, or other equivalent certifications.
- 10 years of experience in managing software development.
- 5 years of experience managing federal contracting teams of at least 30 FTE
- Working knowledge of software development, DevOps, and SAFe practices.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written English.
- Must be capable of attaining and maintaining a Tier 2S (Moderate Risk) security fitness determination.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a public trust.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government and subcontractors.
- Oversee the management, content, and quality of work.
- Direct and oversee project tasks and personnel
- Ensure staff alignment and deliverable quality, schedule, and budget.
