Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Semiconductor, or Oil and Gas field
- OSHA 30
Responsibilities
- Manage all documentation related to project incidents (ITPS, near misses, first aids, recordables, etc.) including investigation reports, witness statements and lessons learned communications.
- Maintain all recordkeeping related to safety and interruptions to production
- Collaborate with safety representatives from trade contractors to continuously monitor the program to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with field teams to identify better means of support to include but not limited to: Aiding in hazard awareness, Assistance in identifying means and methods of hazard mitigation, Alternate installation approaches, Being a resource for information and guidelines regarding their personal safety and their environment
- Take an active role on the site safety leadership team to support the overall site initiatives and goals for safety
- Stay apprised of industry trends, regulation changes and new tools and techniques and keep the team informed as appropriate
- Work with management and safety professions to develop and deliver safety onboarding training for all new employees
- Other safety related responsibilities as warranted.
