Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related functional experience
- Knowledge of Sales organization preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily administration of routine sales administration activities (e.g., filing, mailing, scheduling, phones and office supplies)
- Assist in conducting interviews to prospects for current/future home sales, including model presentation
- Resolve routine inquiries/problems from buyers regarding various aspects of purchases
- Provide accurate assistance/direction to Sales associates, staff and/or buyers
- Learn knowledge of local markets, competition, real estate laws/rules, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to home buying
- Screen part time host candidates, manage work output of host team including CRM management and scheduling
- Manage overall community, model appearance and upkeep
- Provide assistance to HOA Community Manager and Lifestyle Director
- Assist with marketing team to coordinate events as well as maintain accurate online presence
- Coordinate with Online Sales Specialists on community leads as well as provide accurate community updates
- Manage all incoming leads and follow up for the community
