Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience as a high-performing sales producer
- Above-average computer skills and ability to adapt to new technology quickly
- Self-driven and disciplined in executing tasks without being told
- Ambitious and willing to work beyond traditional hours to achieve goals
- Must successfully complete your state’s Property & Casualty licensing exam
Responsibilities
- Handle inside sales for customers who need help getting coverage for their rental properties
- Convert incoming leads by rapidly responding to customers who have requested a quote on our site
- Respond to customer sales requests primarily through phone as well as leveraging SMS and email
- Be agile to adapt to new and ever changing technology as we refine our processes and workflows
- Have meaningful input with our product and engineering team so we can quickly improve our product for our customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
