Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree: A relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector
- Previous experience / internship in FMCG or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) is highly valued
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to support data-driven decision-making
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, innovative approach to problem-solving and strategy execution
- Location: This is a full-time position based in Bentonville.

Responsibilities
- Support Senior Account Management: Aid in the development and execution of commercial strategies for the Baby and Pet brands.
- Brand/Category Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of assigned brands/categories, including strategy development, execution, and performance analysis.
- Account Management: Oversee key customer relationships, fostering relationships and driving sales growth.
- Collaborative Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to align on and achieve distribution goals, ensuring ZURU’s strategic initiatives are successfully implemented.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and demand.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving commercial processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Team Culture: Promote ZURU’s entrepreneurial culture, ensuring we put people first and maintain our innovative spirit as we grow.
