Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, sales, supply chain or related area
- Excellent project management, communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment, with a growth mindset
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps with strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally with different business segments within the organization, including but not limited to product management, channel marketing, operations, pricing, fulfillment, etc.
- Experience in channel operations and logistics, including but not limited to product order fulfillment, shipping inquiries, and operations related issues.
- Deeply understand Cricut products and effectively provide features, benefits and recommendations during product lifecycle.
- Strong project management skills and able to juggle multiple tasks while completing them with the highest quality.
- Collaborate on projects, including but not limited to, product launches, order execution, and shipping product samples.
- Support customer onboarding including, but not limited to creating SKUs, provide supplemental product information, new customer information and keeping cross-functional Cricut® teams informed.
- Participate professionally in customer and internal meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP, and Salsify an asset
