Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field (MS/Ph.D. preferred)
- 4+ years of capital equipment sales experience in Biotech, Pharma, Academia, or Government sectors
- Excellent technical communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-selling environment
- Hands-on experience with capillary electrophoresis systems and applications is helpful
- Solid understanding of CE applications, including NGS QC, IVT analysis, Plasmid analysis, Protein analysis, and Oligo analysis
- Willingness to travel up to 35%
Responsibilities
- Drive CE instrument sales across the Eastern US, collaborating with Account Managers to identify and close opportunities
- Lead product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Agilent’s CE solutions
- Provide customer insights and market intelligence to guide product development
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow market share
- Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and participate in industry conferences
- Stay current on CE applications in NGS QC, IVT RNA analysis, protein quantification, and nucleic acid analysis

- Hands-on experience with capillary electrophoresis systems and applications is helpful
