Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Detail oriented and very organized.
- Possess a positive work attitude with the ability to work on many projects at one time.
- Needs to be able to work well with others and work as part of a team.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary and be able to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage daily sales orders
- Manage an internal sales log by Account by Month
- Help with item setups by creating style codes & UPC’s
- Help track sample approvals with artist management and retail buyers
- Reviewing & approving internal sales orders
- Help with monthly reporting for artist management
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer 1 or more years of previous experience
- Work experience in music and/or fashion industries a plus
- Experience with Brand Comply and/or SAP
- Retail sales experience a bonus, but not required.
