Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years as a top-performing SDR
- At least 3 years of experience managing SDR teams
- Strong expertise in inbound and outbound processes
- Excellent communication skills working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Executive Leadership
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar sales tools
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on execution
Responsibilities

- Optimize the Business Development strategy for the SDR team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
- Heavy involvement in recruiting the best talent for your team and ongoing training to build and sustain a high-performance
- Lead and develop a high-performing SDR team, fostering a culture of results, excellence, inclusivity, and career progression
- Build and execute strategies that drive both inbound and outbound activity, collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and wider Sales teams
- Set and manage key performance metrics, including daily activity tracking, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
- Optimize and maintain SDR playbooks, incorporating best practices for account-based and personalised prospecting
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure SDRs have the tools, content, and training they need to succeed
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance lead quality, pipeline creation, and SDR performance
- Engage with Sales Leaders to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless collaboration across teams
- Lead by example by staying actively involved in the team’s day-to-day operations
