Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing SDRs in fast-paced, high-growth companies
- Proven experience owning and building SDR playbooks from scratch
- Track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Mastery of sales and outbound tooling—you understand what tools we need and why
- Passion for training, motivating, and coaching in a high-speed environment—we want to grow the next generation of Chalk GTM talent
- Both left- and right-brained—you are as comfortable workshopping messaging as you are analyzing metrics
- Ruthless prioritization and an obsession with data—everyone at Chalk is on the data team, and we want to know what’s working (and why!)
- A collaborative attitude with strong cross-functional skills—you can build the dashboard and write the script

Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and train world-class SDRs to identify and create qualified opportunities
- Build a playbook across different segments and personas to create repeatability
- Meticulously monitor and analyze team performance metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Own and manage the outbound tech stack
- Coach SDRs to improve their prospecting, qualification, and outbound/inbound sales skills, ensuring consistent improvement
- Ensure effective lead tracking, reporting, and data management in the CRM system; analyze performance metrics, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and execute initiatives to optimize sales development
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, developer advocacy, and operations to refine messaging
- Demonstrate leadership in shaping our value messaging and contribute to strategic sales cycles
