Requirements
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to track multiple enterprise accounts and inbound leads efficiently.
- Ability to analyze data and spot trends in customer engagement and account activity.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to manage customer interactions and track pipeline progress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building rather than cold prospecting.
- Comfortable working independently in a cross-functional environment with commercial, marketing, production, and customer success teams powered by a strong results driven work ethic.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, sales coordination, marketing operations, or a related role (not traditional SDR).
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar sales & marketing automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, track engagement, and surface actionable insights.
- Passion for AI, film technology, and the evolving media landscape.
Responsibilities
- Proactively vet, manage and activate inbound leads from marketing campaigns and digital channels.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers to build relationships, generate interest, and properly qualify potential partnerships.
- Research new accounts and key contacts to efficiently identify decision-makers and understand customer needs.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Customer Success teammates to schedule presentations and product demonstrations.
- Track and analyze account activity in the HubSpot CRM, monitoring engagement metrics to identify new strategies, upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure seamless, data-driven communication between Commercial, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Support industry events by assisting with lead capture, networking, and relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in B2B SaaS, media, film, or entertainment industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of the BANDT or MEDDIC sales frameworks.
