Requirements
- 1+ years experience and success in a sales role, preferably SaaS or Healthcare sales
- Demonstrated natural leadership ability
- Tenacious hunger to win business and move deals through the sales process
- Experience with quota and commission compensation structure
- Ability to confidentially and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEO, VP, MD, RN, FNP etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Highly organized and strong time management skills
- Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction
- Self driven, motivated and results oriented
- Enthusiastic teammate and team player mindset
- Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
Responsibilities
- Successfully source new business through relationship-based selling
- No fear of making cold calls and prospecting
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity creation quotas
- Align Commure + Athelas solutions with prospect business objectives/needs
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
- Strategize with Account Executives to source and close new business
- Become an expert in the healthcare space
- Learning sales skills that will set you up to eventually be a successful Account Executive
