Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise digital media experience
- Background in digital media sales
- Deep understanding of identification graphs, data and measurement
- Demonstrated solid business development sales track record developing and managing regional/national accounts
- Proven track record of forecasting and closing
- Excellent sales skills, lead development and qualification skills – especially at the executive level
- Hands-on experience with ad technologies, such as: DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, DMPs, Data Onboarding, and measurement vendors (e.g. MTA, fraud, viewability, etc.)
- Deep experience working brand direct and not requiring the use of 3rd party DSP pipes to be successful
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to anticipate and overcome concerns by positioning value propositions in relation to client needs
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written with the ability to collaborate with C-level stakeholders both internally and externally
- Experience working through complex paperwork through external legal and procurement teams
- Data-driven with excellent organizational skills and the ability to guide multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexible, self-starting attitude; able to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels in the organization
Responsibilities
- Engage executives and decision makers by leveraging established relationships with Fortune 1,000 Brands
- Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling
- Develop a pipeline of viable opportunities that exceeds quota, and keep abreast of prospects in your territory
- Build a plan to provide digital media solutions to meet the prospects’ long term needs as a strategic business partner
- Own the sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
- Deliver marketplace feedback and client challenges to improve sales products and create solutions utilizing LiveIntent’s offerings to help drive impact, growth, and meet KPIs
- Serve as an ambassador for our brands in market (Conferences, In Person Meetings, Meet Ups, etc) clearly explaining our unique value proposition and platform
- Accurately forecast deals closing on a weekly basis using Salesforce.com
- Act as a cross-functional leader with supporting teams: Client Development Optimizers, and Marketing
- Use knowledge of the relevant market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
