Requirements
- Undergraduate students must be a junior or senior at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program.
- Graduate students must be enrolled at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program.
- Will not require sponsorship for employment
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA from an accredited school
- Knowledge of project management concepts
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread emails, newsletters, website posts, PowerPoint decks and other communication materials.
- Production: Shoot, edit, and disseminate media including videos and podcasts.
- Project Management: Manage project performance activities, resource deployment, project execution, and overall coordination efforts.
- Administrative Support: Provide universal support for the team including filing, organizing materials, and upkeeping the team SharePoint site.
Preferred Qualifications
- Students currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program, or an accredited Master’s degree program or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with digital communication tools for production & editing
- Experience with digital project management tools such as Monday.com and/or MS Project
