Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales enablement or related role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales systems and tools training plan aligned with the Sales Enablement Team’s content strategy.
- Drive adoption and effective usage of sales systems by collaborating with Sales, IT, and Operation teams.
- Work with Commercial Operations to track, analyze, and report on usage, adoption rates, and business impact, leveraging insights to prioritize and optimize enablement.
- Change Management for AI Sales Tools: Support the rollout and adoption of new AI-driven sales tools by developing training, best practices, and communication plans to ensure seamless integration into sales processes.
- Facilitate and deliver virtual and live training sessions.
- Participate in cross-functional teams managing systems and tools governance and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong program/project management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and workflows in enterprise sales environments.
- Experience with content development including courses, videos, and job aids.
- Technical aptitude for understanding complex systems and tools and being able to translate and simplify in the context of the seller role.
- Strong knowledge of sales enablement tools and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seismic, Salesloft, Highspot, Showpad, HubSpot, Gong).
- Experience in a global or multi-national organization.
- Previous experience working with sales teams, as well as sales systems and tools.
