Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: Related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Experience – Related professional experience in sales training OR a mix of sales and sales training, preferably in merchant sales.
Responsibilities
- Delivers a range of training of moderately complex products, processes and soft skills content, to diverse audiences, demonstrating a clear understanding of given subject or subjects following training materials that will require deviation based on the audience knowledge.
- Provides cross training and support for colleagues.
- Provides detailed advice and support relating to areas of expertise.
- Ensures delivery of multiple, training requirements for a key customer/department based on training needs.
- Evaluates participants on set criteria, documents feedback, delivers to trainees and shares with leaders as appropriate to partner with management to foster development of sales organizations.
- Partner directly with leaders within Sales, Product, Compliance, Marketing, BI, and Sales Training to develop enablement tools for ISV sellers.
- Build, enhance, and document sales readiness processes.
- Liaison and Partner w/ Training teams related to ISV product releases, integrations and enhancements (including certification process).
- Work with Sales Leadership to ensure Playbooks and best practices are being applied and incorporated into daily practices (compliance).
- Liaison with product groups on new releases to better understand the value proposition and GTM strategy for supporting sellers with sales plays and other sales readiness tools.
- Stay abreast of the needs within the POS sales organization and serve as the sales voices with the product support and POS operations teams in order to reduce and eliminate barriers to selling effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of B2C and B2B merchant environments.
- Knowledge and understanding of ISV.
