Requirements
- 3-5+ years in a technical customer-facing role, ideally in manufacturing, AI, AR, or industrial solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI & AR.
- Experience with ERP/MES systems.
- Ability to create technical proposals, presentations, and ROI analyses.
- Ability to understand clients’ needs, analyze data, and tailor solutions to address specific pain points.
- Inventive and curious.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-depth discovery to map business processes and identify pain points.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations anchored to value.
- Address technical objections and articulate how Squint integrates with existing manufacturing workflows.
- Engage with key stakeholders, from plant managers to C-level executives, to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Prioritize our customers’ success above all else.
