Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive virtual onboarding programs for new sales representatives
- Deliver engaging virtual training sessions through webinars and eLearning platforms
- Provide ongoing virtual support and coaching for new hires
- Conduct in-person training sessions and ride-alongs with sales representatives
- Monitor the progress of new hires and provide timely feedback
- Track sales performance data and report to sales leadership
- Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Training teams to identify new hire needs
