Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in SaaS, leading Senior Account Executives; experience in a high-growth startup is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and embraces change with agility.
- Proven track record of success in both sales execution and leadership, consistently driving high performance and revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in sales strategy, including sales methodologies, pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and delivering strong quarterly results.
- Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and business impact.
- Experienced in recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Ability to quickly grasp and simplify technical concepts, making them accessible to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ensuring efficiency and focus in a fast-moving environment.

- Utilize internal tools effectively, ensuring strong adoption of CRM platforms and OKR management systems to track progress and performance.
