Requirements
- 4+ years in sales
- Track record of being a top performer, ideally with rapid career progress
- Experience closing deals with a $12k-$50k ACV, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment where quick closes (1-2 calls) are common
- Previous experience managing AEs: being able to inspire, coach, and lead by example
- Strong communication skills. You ask questions, demonstrate curiosity, and are eager to continuously learn and push boundaries
- Must be based in NYC, relocation assistance provided.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in the end-to-end sales process of selling LiveFlow to Accounting firms and Finance Teams, setting an example for your team through hands-on experience.
- Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, setting performance goals, and providing coaching to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Partner with our founding team to evolve the Sales Playbook, refine the go-to-market strategy, and offer input on product direction based on customer feedback.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with senior leaders in Accounting and Finance (CFOs, Heads of Finance, VPs of Finance) to drive new business and support team goals.
