Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to crush store sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Set and exceed personal and store sales targets, supporting your team every step of the way.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Ensure every customer receives outstanding service, addressing complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the store manager to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
